1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these specific terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

4. User Conduct and Communication

Agar2 provides communication features, including in-game chat and custom usernames, as a service to our community. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Liability for User Content: We are NOT responsible for any content submitted by users. This includes, but is not limited to, usernames and chat messages that may be toxic, insulting, offensive, or inappropriate.
• Assumption of Risk: While we implement safety filters and moderation, these systems can be bypassed. You use the chat and view usernames at your own risk.
• Recommended Settings: For players who wish to avoid potential exposure to toxic behavior, we strongly suggest keeping chat disabled by default and disabling the display of names and leaderboards in the game settings.

5. Integrity and Prohibited Behavior

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that compromise the integrity of Agar2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Code Modification: Any attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer our proprietary code is strictly forbidden.
• Cheating and Botting: The use of custom scripts, game modifications, cheats, automated bots (such as "agario free bots"), or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Respectful Conduct: Insulting, swearing, hate speech, harassment, or "toxic" behavior.
• Safety: Grooming, impersonation of staff, or any form of predatory communication.

To maintain a fair environment, we may rely on external partners (such as Cloudflare) to verify the legitimacy of any player and detect unauthorized automation or botting.

6. Content Creation (YouTube and Social Media)

We welcome and support content creators! You are encouraged to film, edit, and post clips of your gameplay on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok.

• Requirement: If you feature Agar2 in your content, we ask that you credit our website by including "Agar2.com" in the video title and providing a link to our site in the video description.

7. Reporting System

We encourage players to report rule violations. To submit a valid report, please provide:

• A clear screenshot of the issue.
• The date and time the occurrence took place.

8. Enforcement and Banning Policy

IMSOLO.PRO STUDIOS reserves the right to identify rule breakers and restrict their access. We reserve all rights to block or ban any user based on their IP address or account if they fail to play the game with respect and common sense.

• Data Retention and Erasure for Rule Breakers: While you may request a data wipe at any time, please note that for security and enforcement purposes, identifiers such as IP addresses and account IDs are stored for a minimum of 2 years to protect our community. For temporary bans, these identifiers will be fully removed from our enforcement database at the end of the ban sentence (or after the 2-year minimum requirement has been met). Generic account data (email, stats) will be wiped upon request, but security logs are maintained to protect our services.
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to take further legal action against recurring rule breakers or users whose behavior violates local or international laws. We take the safety of our playerbase seriously and will cooperate with relevant authorities if necessary to stop malicious behavior.
• Bans: Bans may be permanent or temporary depending on the severity of the violation as determined by our moderation team.
